You will receive a welcome email containing your login details and password on your first booking with us. you will automatically receive a Travel24 acknowledgement email for the journey you have made. We will send your journey details automatically. You have to check your email and all details are correct which provided. If there is any change call us or email us. If you missed to do so Travel24 won’t responsible for your journey.

We will send your journey details, pick up instructions and driver phone number when the journey has been assigned to a driver. You have to check your email and phone time to time your journey begins. Driver will call or you can call driver. If you missed to do so Travel24 will not responsible and will not refundable. You have to follow all the instructions.

We advise passenger to arrive 3 hours early as possible to the airport. Other places are depend on the check in time. Unpredicted traffic delays and routes Travel24 won’t responsible for your missed flight or other appointments.

Travel24 will not accept any responsibilities for missed flight or any other appointments. What ever reason eg; severe weather, traffic delays and accidents unforseen circumstances.

Unfortunately for vehicle breakdown we will arrange for another vehicle to get your destination. Free of charge (but depends on the circumstances) means how long time will take. If missed the flight or other appointments we won’t take any responsibilities.

Please make sure you provide correctly date and time of departure or arrival in UK time zone.

Free of changeable date and time if you change the vehicle. Different price for what size vehicle you want. You have to tell us one hour before pick up time other wise 25% chargeable.

Travel24 will not take any responsible for passengers take other alternative transport. (no refundable for the cost) you have to wait for the driver or call the driver or the Travel24.

Travel24 advise you to book the right size vehicle for passengers and luggages. If exceeding of luggages and passengers we wont take any responsibilities for that. if you are not sure about the capacity of vehicle you booked with us please give us call 24/7 toTravel24.

Travel24 use their own transport most of the time. Sometimes Travel24 do use third party company appropriate due to the volume of bookings we have.
